First reading and intention to adopt an ordinance amending various sections of Chapter 17.46 (Lot Line Adjustments), Section 17.51.020 (Voluntary Mergers - Application Requirements) and various sections of Chapter 17.52 (Certificates of Compliance). ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: General Rule. It can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility the proposed action may have a significant effect on the environment and therefore CEQA is not applicable.
