Director of Child Support Services requests approval of and authorization for the Chairman to sign a new Plan of Cooperation with the Superior Court of California, County of Napa for the period of October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2017, with no dollar amount, to delineate the duties of each entity regarding the Child Support Commissioner and timely processing of child support actions. The new plan would replace the existing Plan of Cooperation between the two entities.

Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights and Measures requests approval and authorization for the Chairman to sign the renewal of Agreement No. 8305 with the Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) for a maximum of $15,169 for the term July 1, 2015 through February 29, 2016 for reimbursement of expenditures for collection and submission of historical compliance and enforcement data.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Consideration and possible adoption of a Categorical Exemption Class 7: It has been determined that this type of project does not have a significant effect on the environment and is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act. [See Class 7 (“Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of Natural Resources”) which may be found in the guidelines for the implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act at 14 CCR §15307.]
