Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute Task Order 34 with Carollo Engineers to provide consulting services for a Rate Study for sewer service, in the amount of $112,858.

Receive General Manager's Report for January 2020.

Award the construction contract (base bid and bid deduct) for the Browns Valley Trunk Project (CIP 14703) to JMB Construction Inc. for the bid amount of $20,507,752 and authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement with the contractor and issue the notice to proceed, when appropriate.

Award the construction contract for the West Napa Pump Station Project (CIP 17711) to Anderson Pacific Engineering Contractors Inc. for the bid amount of $7,662,305 and authorize the General Manager to execute the agreement with the contractor and issue the notice to proceed, when appropriate.

Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute a task order with GHD to provide construction management and inspection services for the Browns Valley Trunk Project (CIP 14703) and West Napa Pump Station Project (CIP 17711) in the amount of $4,063,350, when appropriate.

Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute a task order with GHD to provide engineering services during construction for the Browns Valley Trunk Project (CIP 14703) in the amount of $522,720, when appropriate.

Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute a task order with Hazen and Sawyer to provide engineering services during construction for the West Napa Pump Station Project (CIP 17711) in the amount of $299,769, when appropriate.

Authorize General Manager to execute the attached rental agreement with the New Life Tabernacle located at 2625 First Street for a construction staging area to be used for the Browns Valley Trunk Project (CIP 14703), when appropriate.
