ACSL STORAGE TANK NO. 5 SEISMIC UPGRADE
REQUESTED ACTION:  Executive Director requests the following actions related to the ACSL Storage Tank No. 5 Seismic Upgrade - Project 14811

  1. Award the Contract for "ACSL Storage Tank No. 5 Seismic Upgrade" to the low bidder, Hess Construction Company of American Canyon CA, for their bid of $177,000.00; and
  2. Authorize the Chair to sign the construction contract; and
  3. Authorize the Executive Director to approve change orders not to exceed 15% of contract amount.
