OUTBOUND SCALE PROJECT
REQUESTED ACTION: Approval and authorization for the Chair to sign the following related to DRTS Outbound Scale Project - Program 20820:
- Agreement 2020-09 with Bartelt Engineering in the amount of $136,000 effective November 7, 2019 to June 30, 2020, with extension provisions, for Project engineering plans and specifications; and
- Agreement 2020-10 with vonRaesfeld & Associates in the amount of $35,500, effective November 7, 2019 to June 30, 2020, with extension provisions, for Project architectural plans and specifications; and
-
Budget Adjustment No. NVW001 establishing a $175,000 Professional Services Appropriation in Program 20820 with offsetting revenue from a reduction in the DRTS Phase 3 Program 17810 Professional Services Appropriation.
