Filed Maps: You can search for Napa County Assessment Maps (AS) (these are assessment district maps, not assessor map book pages), Parcel Maps (PM), Records of Survey (RS) and Subdivision Maps (RM) filed with our Recorder Division by title, date filed, map data (book number, page number), by map number or by location. Filed maps cost $4.00 per page. If you are unable to locate a filed map record online, please contact the Recorder Division at recorder-clerk@countyofnapa.org or (707) 253-4247.

Assessor Parcel Maps: Assessor parcel maps can be searched by MapBook and Page. Assessor parcel maps cost $2.00 per map. If you are unable to locate an assessor parcel map online, please contact the Assessor Division at assessor@countyofnapa.org or (707) 253-4457.

Corner Record: Corner Records are filed and indexed by the County Surveyor located at Public Works. Corner Records facilitate the perpetuation of monuments originally shown on previously recorded maps. You can search for a Corner Record by surveyor name or corner record number. There is no charge to print a corner record. If you are unable to locate a corner record online or have any other questions regarding these documents, please contact the County Surveyor at publicworks@countyofnapa.org or (707) 253-4351.

Individual Map Purchases: Filed Maps may be purchased directly by visiting our Recorder Division or contacting us at recorder-clerk@countyofnapa.org or (707) 253-4247. Assessor maps may be purchased directly by visiting our Assessor Division or contacting us at assessor@countyofnapa.org or (707) 253-4457.

Map Subscriptions: Subscriptions for online access to filed maps and assessor parcel maps are also available for customers regularly needing filed or assessor maps. The charge for maps is the same by subscription but you can download the maps directly and be charged automatically. Please complete an Online Map Access Sign-Up application.
