(1) Reject the bid from APB General Engineering as non-responsive because APB General Engineering does not meet the minimum experience requirements to be eligible to work on this project.
(2) Reject the bid from ECAST Engineering, Inc. as non-responsive because ECAST Engineering, Inc. does not meet the minimum experience requirements to be eligible to work on this project.
(3) Award construction contract for the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Manhole Adjustment Project, Phase IX (CIP 13702) to the lowest responsive bidder, G.D. Nielson Construction, Inc. for the amount of $212,850 and authorize the General Manager to execute the Agreement with the contractor and issue the Notice to Proceed, when appropriate.
