County Executive Officer requests that the Board hold a Performance Measurement Workshop, including:
- Receipt of a staff report and presentations on the theory and practice of local government performance measurement, and the County's recent performance measurement and management efforts;
- Discussion with outside experts and County staff regarding performance measurement; and
- Possible direction concerning the County's future performance management efforts.
