Consideration and possible action to approve Administrative Item 9F because there is a need to take immediate action and the need came to the attention of the local agency subsequent to 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 15, 2006. (Majority vote of the Board is required)

County Executive Officer and Emergency Services Manager request adoption of a resolution requesting the Governor to proclaim a State of Emergency in Napa County related to the ongoing winter and spring storms which have continued since the local emergency was proclaimed by the Assistant County Executive Officer on December 30, 2005 and confirmed by the Board of Supervisors on January 3, 2006.
