County Executive Officer requests discussion and action to support SB 20: Surplus State Property: Napa County Regional Park and Open Space District, a bill that would make legislative findings and declarations to allow Napa County or the Napa County Regional Park and Open Space District, the opportunity to negotiate the purchase of Skyline Park by January 1, 2026.

County Executive Officer requests discussion and possible action on ACA 1 (Aguiar-Curry), a resolution to propose to the people of the State of California an amendment to the State Constitution to lower to 55% the voter-approval threshold for a city, county or city and county to incur bonded indebtedness to fund the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, or replacement of public infrastructure or affordable housing projects.
