AGREEMENT 2018-17 CINQUINI/PASSARINO
REQUESTED ACTION:  Approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Agreement 2018-17 with Cinquini & Passarino, Inc., in the amount of $9,475, effective June 7, 2018 through June 30, 2021, to provide settlement monitoring services for the solar panels installed at the American Canyon Sanitary Landfill.

FY 2018 BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
REQUESTED ACTION:  Approval and authorization for the Chair to sign budget adjustment No. NVW 006 increasing DRTS Phase 2 Rehabilitation Project 15811 Professional Services Appropriations by $20,000 for expenses related to the replacement of kiosks as included in the Devlin Road Transfer Station Pavement Rehabilitation - Phase 2 project.
