County Executive Officer requests the Board open the Fiscal Year 2005-2006 Recommended Final Budget Hearings and accept: (See Fiscal Year 2005-2006 Recommended Final Budget Hearing Schedule)

County Executive Officer's budget overview;
Supplemental Budget Report No. 1 for consideration;
Auditor-Controller's comments on the Recommended Final Budget;
Public and Board comments on the overall County budget priorities and programs; and
Presentation and consideration of budget units by functional groups, continuing through Wednesday if necessary.
