Presentation by Public Works, Environmental Management, and Conservation, Development and Planning Departments regarding implementation of the County's obligations under the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and enhancements to the erosion control review process, with the request that the Board of Supervisors provide:
- Conceptual approval of the plan to meet mandated requirements of the NPDES program and proposed enhancements to the erosion control review process; and
- Direction to return with a user fee proposal to finance both programs.
