Joint study session of the Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission and bus tour of areas designated as Urban Residential or Rural Residential on the General Plan Land Use Map. Itinerary as follows:
1. 10:30 AM depart County Building parking lot behind 1195 Third Street, and drive by the Silverado,
Moskowite Corners, and Berryessa Highlands Rural Residential areas;
2. 12:15 PM lunch and discussion of the Spanish Flat Rural Residential Area at Cucina Italiana, 4310
Knoxville Road;
3. 1:15 PM depart Spanish Flat and drive by Pope Creek and Berryessa Estates Rural Residential
areas;
4. 2:30 PM get off the bus for discussion of the Angwin Urban Residential area in the parking lot of the
Angwin Plaza, Howell Mountain Road in Angwin;
5. 3:00 PM depart Angwin and drive by the Deer Park and Big Ranch Road Rural Residential area;
6. 4:00 PM return to the County Building parking lot behind 1195 Third Street.
All times shown above, except for the departure from the County Building, are approximate; visits to Berryessa Estates and/or Big Ranch Road may be eliminated if necessary to stay on schedule. There is limited seating on the bus and therefore members of the public will be accommodated on a first come first basis. Members of the public may also join the study session at scheduled stops in Spanish Flat and Angwin.
