Director of Human Resources to introduce new County employees.

Director of Public Works requests approval of plans and specifications for the 2014 Napa Earthquake Pavement Repairs Project (RDS 18-14) and authorization to advertise for sealed bids and opening of the bids at a time, date, and location to be published by the Director of Public Works pursuant to section 20150.8 of the Public Contract Code.

Director of Public Works requests adoption of a resolution to:

  1. Accept a $510,082 CalRecycle Tire-Derived Aggregate Grant for various County projects, including the Devlin Road Segment E Project (RDS 11-06);
  2. Authorize the submittal of future grant applications to CalRecycle Tire-Derived Aggregate Grant Program; and 
  3. Authorize the Director of Public Works or designee to execute any necessary documents related to CalRecycle Tire-Derived Aggregate grants.

Chief Information Officer and Director of Planning, Building and Environmental Services request approval of and authorization for the Chair to sign Amendment No. 1 to Agreement 170009B with Tyler Technologies, Inc., increasing the maximum by $30,000 for a new maximum of $173,415 for consulting services, data storage, maintenance and support of the County’s current customized Digital Health Department System.

  2. Adopt an amendment to the Circulation Element of the Napa County General Plan;
  3. Adopt an amendment to the Napa Valley Business Park Specific Plan.
