Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk in his capacity as ex-officio Registrar of Voters requests that the Board:

  1. Declare elected those persons, under its jurisdiction, based on the certified results of the General Election held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016; and
  2. Declare the results of countywide measures under its jurisdiction based on those same certified results and by declaring Measure A as having passed, the Board is ratifying the approval of Ordinance 2016-03 by the voters of Napa County.

County Executive Officer requests approval of and authorization for the Chairman to sign an agreement with the Napa Valley Tourism Corporation for the provision of marketing, sales promotions and tourist serving activities to market Napa Valley as a tourism, meeting and event destination, funded by assessments received by the County of Napa through the Napa Valley Tourism Improvement District.

Director of Public Works requests approval of and authorization to submit the Napa Valley Groundwater Sustainability - A Basin Analysis Report for the Napa Valley Subbasin, to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) to meet the legislative deadline of January 1, 2017 for Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) compliance.
