North Bay Counties Joint Meeting with the Counties of Marin, Solano, Sonoma and Napa at the Hatt Hall - Napa River Inn, 500 Main Street, Napa, California, to discuss the following items:

1. Presentation of “Community Choice for Renewable Energy Supply”: an option to help counties to meet their goals of cleaner energy and greenhouse gas reductions (coordinated by Marin County);
2. Presentation by North Bay Congestion Management agencies/Transportation Planning agencies on transportation funding and priority projects and programs (coordinated by Solano County);
3. Presentation of the Affordable Care Act: The Managed Care Perspective (coordinated by Napa County);
4. Review a list of regional policy agencies on which Supervisors from each of the counties serve and discuss potential joint efforts covered by these agencies, but also to include regional food systems, to best meet the needs of our constituents (coordinated by Sonoma County).
